1. Log into the Hero caregiver app with the email you used on the enrolment form. Navigate to School Bookings in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
2. Here you will see the event details and any of your children associated with this event.
3. Click Manage Bookings
4. This will display a table of all available slots associated with your child and the Senior Staff members who will be conducting the interviews.
5. A colour key provides you with information on the status of each interview slot.
6. To add a booking, click a GREEN slot. The booking popup will be displayed. There is the option of entering a note for the relevant staff member.
Clicking CONFIRM will secure the interview slot.
Once a booking is made all other slots will become unavailable to prevent duplicate bookings.
The School Bookings should now show your scheduled interview time.
