Te Puke Intermediate offers students the opportunity to select the best learning environment for themselves based on their area of interest, strength or passion. When students are engaged in the learning context, there is greater connection to the learning which leads to greater achievement. Students select their Learning Centre at the time of enrolment and this is where their home class is based. All Learning Centres teach the entire NZ Curriculum and will do it through the context of their Centre. All students still have equal access to extra curricular activities, sports teams and school events.
